Labels can be printed for each invoice from the Route Builder.
Notes:
- Labels default to a size of 4" x 6".
- Labels are compatible with thermal laser printers, including Zebra, Dynatech, and regular printers.
To print labels:
- From the Route Builder, choose the route from the list.
- Find the stop the invoice belongs to and click it to open the invoice list.
- Hover over the desired invoice and click the label icon (
).
- Type the Number of Labels to print in the provided field.
- When ready, click Print.
- Your computer's print options open. Follow the prompts to print the labels.
The Label column of that invoice updates to show the number of printed labels.
Additionally, the number of labels printed appears in the stop's line item.
