Forgotten passwords can be reset through the login page.
Note: Passwords must be at least eight characters in length and contain at least one letter and one non-letter.
To reset your password:
- From the login page, click Forgot Password?
- Type the E-mail address used for your Trax account into the provided field.
- Click Reset Password.
- A confirmation message asks you to check your email for a password reset email.
- Click the link within the email to reset your password.
- Type a new password in both provided fields.
- Click Submit.
- A confirmation message indicates the password was changed. Click Login to return to the login page and log in.
