The BackTrax Dashboard shows current return numbers, as well as scheduled pickups for the day and details of your top suppliers with pending returns.
Click the date range in the upper right to choose the desired timeframe.
Returns at a Glance
This center section provides a glimpse at returns in three squares:
New Returns: This shows the number of new returns and the total amount of returned items.
In Process: This shows the number of returns currently in process and the total amount of these items.
Monthly Return %: This shows the current monthly percentage of items returned.
Top 5 Lists
Top 5 Pending Pickup
This shows the top five shops with returns pending pickup. Details include the shop's name and outstanding return amount for the order.
Top 5 Pending Credit
This shows the top five shops with returns pending credit. Details include the shop's name and credit amount that will be issued for the pending order.
Top 5 Credit Issued
This shows the top five shops whose returns have recently issued credits. Details include the shop's name and credit amount issued to that shop.
