General settings for DeliveryTrax are located in the General tab of Settings. To get there, click Settings from the left side panel.
Note: Changes made to the page are automatically saved.

The following settings apply to invoices available within DeliveryTrax.
Organizing the Unassigned Invoices Queue
- Check the following boxes as appropriate to determine which invoices to hide from the list altogether:
- Ignore invoices without a value: Hides all invoices missing a value or having a negative value from the list of Unassigned Invoices.
- Ignore open invoices: Hides all open invoices from the list of Unassigned Invoices.
- Exception - Central Shippers: Open invoices shipped to you are always visible.
- Note: They can still be manually added to a route by entering the invoice number.
- Ignore non-printed open invoices: Hides all open invoices that have not been printed from the list of Unassigned Invoices.
- Exception - Central Shippers: Open invoices shipped to you are always visible.
- Note: They can still be manually added to a route by entering the invoice number.
- Ignore invoices without a ship-via: Hides all invoices missing ship-vias from the list of Unassigned Invoices.
- Use the Invoice Prefix Filters option to hide invoices that begin with certain prefixes. (Click here for more information.)
General Invoice Settings
- Check the following boxes as appropriate:
- Use the Ship Via code first: If a ship-via code is present, the system uses this first to determine the invoice's route.
- Show route alerts: Alerts display once the route is over capacity for the time and mileage that can be completed in the on-duty hours provided.
- Re-ship undelivered packages: Any invoices not delivered once a route is complete are automatically placed on the next route.
- Choose if routes automatically print a manifest or produce a QR code from the provided drop-down menu.
Options include:- Do nothing
- Print the manifest
- Offer to print the manifest
- Display the QR code
- Determine when returns are added to a route:
- Provide a radius in the miles field to indicate how close the route should be to add the return stop. (Default: 2 miles)
- Adjust the Increasing Factor field to increase the radius daily to ensure the return is picked up. (Default: 1.5 miles)
- Provide a radius in the miles field to indicate how close the route should be to add the return stop. (Default: 2 miles)
- Set up email notifications as desired:
- Return Email Notifications: Receive an email when a driver returns a part.
- Discrepancies Email Notifications: Receive an email when a driver reports a discrepancy.

The following settings apply to active drivers within DeliveryTrax.
General Driver Settings
- Check the following boxes as appropriate:
- Drivers deliver one route at a time: Check this box if multiple drivers can be dispatched on the same route at the same time. Uncheck if only one driver should be on the route at a time.
- Show unassigned routes: Drivers can see all active routes.
- In-Pocket Delivery: TraxDrive detects when the vehicle arrives and automatically marks the stop as delivered once the driver leaves.
- Note: Even when checked, COD deliveries must be completed manually.
Loading Vehicles
- Choose from the drop-down if labels should be scanned while being loaded.

Delivery-Specific Settings
- For each delivery, drivers can scan labels, get a signature, or take photos of the delivery to confirm items were delivered. Choose as desired from the available drop-down menus.

- If all drivers are on duty at the same time, mark the hours in the provided fields. Any on-duty time outside of this range will be ignored.
- To determine the appropriate Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) for deliveries, the system uses the average time it takes to deliver parts. Enter the average time in minutes for both regular deliveries and COD deliveries for the best ETA.
- Check the following boxes as appropriate:
- Driver finishes route back at the warehouse: If drivers should be at the warehouse for their route to be marked complete.
- Track Drivers who are stationary for longer than: Monitor how long drivers are stationary. Enter the desired amount of time in minutes in the provided field.
- Show Speeding Option in Route Tracker: Monitor vehicle speed. To be alerted when a driver reaches a certain speed, enter the speed in miles per hour (mph) in the provided field.
