View the details and history of an invoice at any time within DeliveryTrax.
To view an invoice's history:
- Search for the invoice in Route History.
- Click View Details to open the invoice history.
- The invoice history displays.
From here, you can view:
- Invoice details
Information includes:- Invoice number
- Charge Type
- Any applicable notes
- Stop name
- Stop address
- Ability to add notes
- Part Details
Information includes:- Quantity
- Part number
- Description
- Price
- Discrepancies, if applicable
- Total price of invoice
- Route details
Information includes:- Route name
- Date and time route was shipped
- Date and time invoice was marked delivered
- Driver
- Timeline the invoice followed, from newest to oldest
