Notes:
- Passwords are case-sensitive (e.g., if password is PassWord, the login will fail if password is entered).
- After five failed attempts to log in, the user will need to reset their password.

To log in to DeliveryTrax:
- Using your Internet browser, go to www.opstrax.com/opsportal.
- Type your Username and Password in the provided fields.
- Click Login.
