Once a route is set up, invoices or stops can be added to dispatch parts.
There are a few ways to do this. Click any of the following tabs to learn more:

If you know the invoice number, Quick Add is the fastest way to add an invoice to a route. This method uses the Ship Via or geo-fenced mapping to determine which route to use.

To add an invoice to a route using Quick Add:
- From the Route Builder, type the Invoice number into the provided field.
- Press ENTER on the keyboard.
The invoice will be added to the relevant route, based on its address. - From the Route Builder, type the Invoice number into the provided field.

Invoices can be input directly into a specific route. This method will not take Ship Vias or geo-fenced mapping into account.

To add the invoice by inputting it directly into a route:
- From the Route Builder, choose the route from the list.
- Type the Invoice number into the provided field.
- Click Add to Route (or press ENTER on your keyboard).
- If the route requires a puller code:
- Type the Puller Code into the provided field.
- Click Save.
- The puller information appears in the Invoice Details in the Route Builder and Route History.
- Type the Puller Code into the provided field.
The invoice will be added to the route. - From the Route Builder, choose the route from the list.

There are a few ways to add invoices using the Unassigned Invoices queue.
Notes:
- New invoices automatically populate as they are added to the DMS.
- Use the arrows to the right of each heading to sort the invoices by invoice number, who they are from, the account, ship via, amount, or time the invoice was submitted.

To add invoices using the Unassigned Invoice queue:
- From the Route Builder, make sure the All Routes option is highlighted in the left panel.
- Click the Unassigned Invoices tab.
- Choose the method below:

To add using click and drag:
- Find the desired invoice from the list.
- Click and drag it to the desired route on the left.
The invoice is removed from the list and appears within the selected route. -
To add by double-clicking:
- Find the desired invoice from the list and double-click it.
The invoice greys out and the Route drop-down fills in with the assigned route. - Find the desired invoice from the list and double-click it.

To add using the Route drop-down menu:
- Find the desired invoice from the list.
- Choose the appropriate Route from the drop-down menu.

To add multiple invoices at once using the Auto Assign feature:
- Click the desired invoice(s) from the list to highlight it.
- Note: To highlight more than one invoice at a time, press CTRL on the keyboard while clicking each invoice.
- Once all invoices are highlighted, click Auto Assign.
- The invoices are greyed out and the Route drop-downs fill in with the assigned route.
- Click the desired invoice(s) from the list to highlight it.

To assign all unassigned invoices at once:
- Click Assign All from the top menu.
- All invoices are greyed out and the Route drop-downs fill in the assigned routes.
- Click Assign All from the top menu.

Invoices can be added to routes from the Route Map view.

To add invoices from the Route Map:
- From the Route Builder, choose the desired route from the list.
- Click the Route Map tab.
- Click Lasso from the top right corner of the map.
- The map filters to only show invoices from the last two hours. To adjust, click the filter drop-down and choose the desired timeframe.
- Once the timeframe is set, use the lasso to circle any unassigned invoices, marked in white, that should be added to the route.
- To get more information about each unassigned invoice, click the white pin to see details.

- Once circled, the new invoices update to the route's color with their stop number added.
- From the Route Builder, choose the desired route from the list.

Invoices or stops that did not come through the DMS can be manually added to a route. A common use for this is to add return stops or to pick up special order parts from another supplier. New stops will be tracked and documented the same as all other stops.

To manually add an invoice/stop:
- From the Route Builder, choose the route from the list.
- Click Manual Invoice.
- Fill in the stop's information. Note: The shop/account and address fields utilize predictive typing.
Options include:- Invoice number
- PO number (Optional)
- From
- Shop/Account
- Address
- City
- State
- Zip Code
- Total Amount
- Number of Items
- Stop Type
- Notes (Optional)
- When ready, click Save. The stop is added along the route, based on its address.
- From the Route Builder, choose the route from the list.
