Once a route is shipped, drivers can begin delivering packages.
Note: The images below show the iOS operating system. If you are using an Android, your screens may vary slightly; however, the process is the same.

Click an option below to get started:

To begin a route:
- Open the TraxDrive app.
- Log in or scan the QR code to open the route.
- If required, scan the labels of each item as it is loaded into the vehicle. (This setting can be adjusted at any time in the DeliveryTrax General Settings.)
- Scroll to the bottom of the list of stops and tap Scan.
- Use the camera to scan each item as it is loaded.
Notes:- If the camera permission has not been granted, it prompts you to do so.
- The camera automatically takes the photo when the label is in focus.
- Only those items with printed labels require scanning a label.
- When finished, tap Done.
- If all required labels were not scanned, a message appears. Tap the appropriate option (No more labels to scan or Missing labels).
- Scroll to the bottom of the list of stops and tap Scan.
- When ready--or if scanning labels is not required--tap Start Route at the bottom of the window.

To finish a route:
- Once all stops on the route are delivered, click Finish Route to notify the dispatcher that the route is available for more stops. Note: Mileage tracking ends at this point.
